Welcome to Wildcard AI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

Wildcard AI provides email marketing strategy and execution services including, but not limited to:

• Klaviyo audits and optimization

• Email flow creation and campaign management

• Weekly strategy calls and communication

• Deliverability and segmentation improvements

We guarantee that within 90 days of partnership, 30% of your store’s revenue will be generated from email marketing, or you receive a full refund. Eligibility and performance metrics are determined by mutual agreement during onboarding.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All service fees are agreed upon before the start of the project. Our “Wingman Guarantee” applies only to clients who follow strategic recommendations and provide timely access to accounts and assets. Refunds are issued only if performance targets are not met and all cooperation requirements have been fulfilled.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide access to relevant tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.)

• Share branding materials and approvals in a timely manner

• Communicate openly and collaborate during the project

Failure to cooperate may void performance guarantees.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, strategies, emails, and assets created by Wildcard AI remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use materials created during the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for lost profits, indirect damages, or technical issues outside our control (e.g. platform outages). Our liability is limited to the total fees paid to us by the client.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
